LOV forged steel floating ball valves are designed in accordance with ISO17292 featuring 2 pc split body or 3 pc split body, ideal for medium or high pressure services and wide temperature range (-196℃~ 500℃) . It can substitute the small size trunnion mounted ball valves to save cost. LOV full range of forged steel floating ball valves is fire safe test certified by Llody’s Register per API607 and API6FA.

LOV trunnion mounted ball valves are designed in accordance with API6D featuring 2 pc or 3 pc split body side entry or top entry design. Bottom Blow-down Valves
The valve is usually installed directly at the bottom of the boiler. It mainly uses the pressure of the boiler itself to regularly discharge particles, dirt and other deposits at the bottom of the boiler to prevent the blockage of pipelines.
Continuous Blow-down valves
The valve is mainly used in boiler water continuous discharge, the purpose is to control the content of high pressure boiler water dissolved chemicals, prevent boiler water saturation after dissolved salts, in order to recycling, high pressure boiler water discharge often discharge into the flash tank storage for other low voltage application, continuous discharge of boiler water can be directly applied to detect the contents of the chemical constituents in the water.
Blow-off valves
The valve is mainly used for quick purge and discharge of solid particles in boiler lines and discharge of boiler condensate, etc. Y - shaped structure is usually used, good flow performance, not easy to accumulate solid particles.
Angular body structure, venturi structure are adopted for the valve seat to increase the flow cross section area at the outlet of the valve, reduce the flow rate, increase energy loss, seat surface hardening treatment, and extend the service life

The valve core adopts CASCADE multi-stage step-down structure to effectively avoid cavitation erosion.
LOV range of high pressure parallel Slide Gate valves is primarily designed for isolation of steam and feed water as well as many other applications.
A parallel slide gate valve seat achieves tightness by utilising the line pressure, rather than by mechanical effort which can be the case with a wedge gate valve design.This eliminates the possibility of binding which may occur with a wedge gate valve as a result of large temperature fluctuations within the valves during service.
The effort required to seal a parallel slide gate valve is therefore much reduce over that required to seal a wedge gate valve. This is an advantage when fitting actuators with the parallel slide design allowing smaller sized actuators to be used, reducing in cost savings.
A parallel slide valve is ideally suited to in-line maintenance with the re-machining of all internal components being on centre and with the seat faces only needing to normally parallel.

Integral structure of Body : Both wafer type and flanged type V-type ball valves are with integral, side-entrystructure which has strona rigidity, makina it hard to be deformation and leakage.
With lower and upper self-lubricated bearings: Lower and upper self-lubricated bearings are installed inside thebody. So the contact surface with stem is bigger which have a high carrying capacity and low friction coefficient, that operating torque of valve is reduced.
Seat rings can be metal seats or PTFE soft seats depending on different workina medium, Sealina face of metalseats will be overlaid with hard alloy, while ball surface is hardened with hard chromium plated or spraying overlayplasma nitriding, etc, so as to increase working life of sealing faces and improve temperature resistance. PTFE orRPTFE seats have excellent sealing performance, high corrosion resistance and wide applications.
Economical practicality: ight body weight, small stem torque, so it can be installed with smaller pneumatic orelectric actuators, high cost-effective compared to same size/class of other kinds of regulating valves.
Wide applications: With the shearing action between V port and seat ring, also with smooth body internal surfaceso making the medium is not easy to be kept in the body, So it is not only suitable for liauid medium, but also better forusing in control system of mediums contained fibers and solid particles.
Precise control of small fiow: Through special machining on the V port for small sizes, which can achieve a precisecontrol of low CV value.
BOTTOM VALVES/SAMPLE VALVE is mainly used for the bottom discharge, sampling and no-dead zone shut-off operation of reaction tanks, tanks and other containers. The bottom flange of the valve is welded to the bottom of the tank and other containers, so as to eliminate the residual process medium usually at the outlet of the container, the actual need of the discharge valve root, the bottom structure is designed for the flat bottom, the body is V-shaped, and provides two modes of lifting and lowering the valve disc. The inner cavity of the valve body is provided with a sealing ring that is resistant to erosion and corrosion. At the moment of opening the valve, it can protect the valve body from erosion and corrosion of the breaking medium, and carry out special treatment on the sealing ring, so that the hardness reaches HRC5-62, with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the valve disc seal is surfacing cemented carbide on the front surface as needed, and the sealing pair is sealed by wire to ensure the reliability of the seal and prevent scarring. At the same time, the design of short stroke valve disc is adopted.

Pressure temperature level
A S M E B1 6 34 specifies the pressure and temperature levels for various materials of A, S, T, and M, which specifies in detail the maximum allowable non impact pressure (gauge pressure) for different shell materials at various operating temperatures. It is one of the main benchmarks for designing and selecting valves. Therefore, when selecting a discharge valve, it is necessary to consider the operating pressure and operating temperature according to the pressure temperature level AS M E B 16 3 4 to determine the material (referring to the shell) and pressure rating (referring to the nominal pressure) of the selected discharge valve. If the operating temperature and pressure are overloaded, it may cause valve damage. When selecting valves, various conditions should be fully considered to avoid overloading of the valve force.
